Avaropoint (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates avaropoint.com. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

1. Data We Collect

Information you provide

  • Contact form. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and message. Submissions are stored in Cloudflare KV and forwarded to our team via email (Resend).

Information collected automatically

  • Server logs. Our site is served by Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare may collect IP addresses, request timestamps, URLs visited, and browser user-agent strings as part of standard request processing. We do not operate our own logging beyond what Cloudflare provides.
  • Visibility Analyzer. When you use our free Visibility Analyzer tool, the URL you submit is fetched server-side to analyse its SEO and visibility signals. Scan results are stored locally in your browser (IndexedDB) — we do not store your scan history on our servers.
  • Local storage. We store your theme preference (avp-theme) in localStorage. This is a single value (“light” or “dark”) and contains no personal information.

What we do not collect

  • We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
  • We do not run third-party analytics scripts or advertising pixels.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Contact submissions — to respond to your enquiry and follow up on business conversations.
  • Anti-spam protection — we use honeypot fields, timing checks, CSRF tokens, and IP-based rate limiting on the contact form. IP addresses used for rate limiting are held temporarily in Cloudflare KV and automatically expire.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of third-party services to operate the site:

  • Cloudflare (Workers, R2, KV) — hosting, CDN, and form submission storage. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
  • Google Fonts — the Inter typeface is loaded from Google's font CDN. Google Privacy Policy
  • Resend — transactional email delivery for contact form submissions. Resend Privacy Policy
  • Weblisk CDN — our framework runtime is loaded from cdn.weblisk.dev.

4. Data Retention

  • Contact submissions are retained in Cloudflare KV for business correspondence purposes. You may request deletion at any time.
  • Rate-limit records expire automatically after 60 seconds.
  • Visibility Analyzer history is stored only in your browser and can be cleared by you at any time.

5. Data Security

All traffic to avaropoint.com is served over HTTPS with TLS 1.2+ enforced. We apply strict security headers including Content Security Policy, HSTS, X-Frame-Options, and CORP/COOP. Contact form submissions are validated, sanitised, and protected against CSRF.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access any personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Delete your data from our systems.
  • Object to processing of your data.

7. Children

Our services are not directed at individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
